| CONTRACT TALK By: Mark Glyptis Incorrect information concerning labor negotiations has
been circulating around the mill. Rumors to the effect that issues have been resolved
and/or agreed to are totally false. There have been no meetings to discuss local or main
table demands with management. They have yet to agree to any date to begin the process. OCTOBER 24, 2000 KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS HALL PLEASE MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO ATTEND!!!!! KNOW YOUR BENEFITS The referral process can sometimes be a frustrating procedure. In order to minimize those frustrations, the following process should be used for durable medical equipment and physical therapy. Durable Medical Equipment A referral may be ordered by your PCP or Specialist. However, a
specialist will have a better understanding of your situation due to their knowledge and
diagnosis. Physical Therapy A referral may be ordered by your PCP or Specialist. The physical
therapist should contact the medical manager and inform them of your progress. This should
help to eliminate any confusion concerning your treatment. |

Union and management officials will meet to discuss the situation. The procedure for hourly employees can be found in your labor agreement, Article VIII, marginal paragraph 8.97, on pages 125-126. Salaried non-exempt language can be found in their labor agreement, Article XIII, Section 13:06h, pages 125-126.
Due to the hustle of our daily lives, we all have, at one time or another, stopped to pick up a quick meal at a fast food restaurant. As a reminder to certain individuals going to a pick-up window for pizza, it is always better to call ahead rather than order there.
